The best practice is a ratio of 1 to 2, and a layer height of 0.8 mm is best printed with a 1.6 mm nozzle. With our 0.6 mm nozzle, very fine and soft clay can be as low as 0.3 mm per layer.
The best result is a layer height between 0.5 and 1.5 mm and a larger nozzle. However, the printout is still clay and will deform when dry. Solid or multi-walls are not recommended unless a large degree of stability or heavy post-processing (such as engraving) is required.
For better printing parameters, we can’t provide much advice and still need to explore the necessary printing techniques.
