1.CERAMBOT worm gear push rod motor running too fast
The problem of the speed mismatch between the worm gear push rod motor and the nozzle extrusion motor:
When the worm gear reducer push rod motor moves too fast, it will cause too much mud to overflow from the top of the extruder. At this time, you can adjust the following parameters in CURA:
M163 S0 P0.9; Set Mix Factor
M163 S1 P0.1; Set Mix Factor
M164 S0 ;Save Mix
At this time, the speed of the push rod motor and the speed of the extruder will become 0.9:0.1, you can also adjust to the value you need, such as: 0.5:0.5, 0.3:0.7, etc.
Here is the statement of M163:

2.CERAMBOT Pro panel control board
[1] As shown in the picture, the current of the CERAMBOT Pro panel is 3A. Pay attention to the position at this time.
[2] Only in hardware mode, as shown in the figure below. Select the “hard” state of the dial code, at this time “CW” and “CCW” will work. At this time, the black knob of the CERAMBOT Pro panel will take effect.
Rotating the black knob clockwise will increase the rotation speed of the push rod motor, and turning counterclockwise will decrease the rotation speed of the push rod motor. However, in hardware mode, when the push rod motor is started, the black knob must be turned counterclockwise to the minimum.
In the hardware mode, “CW” and “CCW” will make the piston of the push rod motor move forward or backward. There is no need to entangle whether “CW” or “CCW” makes the push rod motor move forward or backward.

We can send it there. If you have any questions, please contact: hello@cerambot.com.
Hello, what factor do you recommend to reduce the rod in the injector in the slowest way?, because I have not achieved a continuous line, only excess clay overflows in 3d printing
Can you provide video or photo details?
